Terms and Condition
HOTEL CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY
Please carry a valid identity proof (Passport, Driver’s License PAN Card etc.) as they are required during check in. You are requested to provide the hard copies of the hotel vouchers at the time of Check in
Check-In time is 12:00/1400 hours and the Check-Out time is 10:00/1200 hours.
Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability of rooms. Rooms are subject to availability. If not available then similar category room will be provided.
All our Tours are sold subject to these Terms and Conditions and the same shall govern the contract between us.
Booking Condition & Booking Process:
- 25% non refundable booking amount of total tour cost to initiate a booking if travel date is more than 30 days from the date of booking.
- 50% pay amount after the all confirmation of regarding your booking or before give you’re the service voucher.
- 25% pay amount before 10 days of the departure date
- The package cannot be combined with any other offers
- No discount will be provided after confirmation of package.
- The above package is not valid during national holidays, festivals & long weekends
- Full payment is required on confirmation of all services and before departure.
- Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details and Service contact Numbers.
